Short version: we collect as little as we can, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.

The free website check

Website address and score. We keep the address you check, its score and the top problems found, plus the business name, town and state if you enter them. This tells us which businesses are interested in help.
Email — only if you give it and tick the box. We use it to send your report and talk about fixing the problems. We never share or sell it. Ask and we'll delete it.
IP address — only to stop abuse. It is turned into a one-way code for rate limiting and kept for about ten minutes. It is not stored with your check.

Listings come from open map data and from businesses' own public websites (details). Business owners can correct or remove their listing at any time.
